Webshop
When placing your order on-line, the prices are shown in SEK (Swedish Crowns) and EURO. Upon calculation of the transport costs, the currency will be changed to the currency you have initially chosen in your account.
Packing
All merchandise will be securely packed (and charged at cost) in accordance with the mode of transport, i.e. in export cartons, wooden boxes, etc., steel strapped where necessary.
Export packing is charged at cost or in accordance with our transport information sheet.

Terms of Delivery
FCA (Free Carrier) BIAB International AB Warehouse, Gothenburg, Sweden (Incoterms 2000).
Shipment
Goods are shipped at the customer's expense and risk. Freight costs are charged at the rate prevailing on the date of order registration. For voluminous goods, we reserve the right to charge freight based on volume instead of weight, i.e. one cubic metre = 167 kilos by airfreight and by DHL and of 333 kilos by truck.
Insurance
Shipments arranged by us are fully insured under our Open General Policy at the expense of the consignee, unless we are instructed otherwise. The insurance liability expires 15 days after the arrival of the transport means, i.e. vessel, truck, aircraft, etc.
Payment conditions
Our terms of payment are C.O.D (cash on delivery)or by credit card. Interest is charged on overdue amounts. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of your order before dispatch. Please study the paragraph Payment carefully.
Acceptance
Orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of merchandise.
Reasonable substitutes are made for articles that may temporarily be out of stock or discontinued, unless you indicate otherwise in the space provided in the order form.
Country of Origin
Due to frequent changes of production places, it is not possible for us to guarantee specific countries of origin. However, all productions are supervised by the brand owners and fully covered by their quality guarantee.
Delivery
Deliveries are subject to relevant official regulations, etc. We cannot be held responsible for strikes, war, and states of emergency or other conditions beyond our control.
Product liability
For a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the invoice, we accept liability confined to personal injury or damage to property caused by the merchandise, subject to satisfactory proof that such damage or injury was due to gross negligence on our part. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the merchandise in question. Loss of profit/other indirect loss is not covered.
Guarantee
We give a guarantee of 12 months from date of invoice for articles purchased from us,(unless otherwise stated) covering defects in material or workmanship regardless of the manufacturer's guarantee. Our invoice is your guarantee certificate.
This guarantee, however, does not include damages and/or defects/malfunctions due to unforseen problems connected with the turn to the year 2000.
Spot checks are made regularly to ensure that goods arriving at our warehouse are up to standard.
14 day Return Option
You may return your purchases or have them exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If goods are exchanged, you will have to pay the return freight and bear the risk of transportation. On receipt of unused goods in the original packing BIAB International AB will as soon as possible issue a credit note for the value of the goods. Goods may only be returned if arranged with BIAB International AB.
Validity
Minor changes in product specifications made by manufacturers may occur. Rights reserved for omissions and misprints.
